Meet Martin Hughes, Owner
My name is Martin Hughes, and I’m the proud owner of Authentic Irish Tours.
Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, I moved to America in 1990 in search of new beginnings and opportunities. Before founding Authentic Irish Tours, I worked as Sales Manager at T.J. Maloney’s Authentic Irish Pub in the Radisson Star Plaza Hotel, Merrillville, IN — a role that allowed me to share my passion for genuine Irish hospitality and culture with every guest.

Today, through Authentic Irish Tours, I have the privilege of bringing that same passion for Ireland — and for travel itself — to all of my clients. Having lived and worked in both Ireland and England, I’ve had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe. Travel has always been my greatest joy, and helping others experience the world is truly what I love to do.
